Class Structure

  •  Each class includes:
    • exploration of ethical action (yama, niyama)
    • breath awareness (pranayama)
    • warm-up sequences (pratapana)
    • exploration of postures (asana)
    • posture sequences (vinyasa)
    • meditation (pratyahara, dharana, dhyana)

  • For how long?
    • Each class is 90-minutes long.
    • Each series is a progressive 10-week sequence.
  • When?
    • Wednesdays, 6.30-8.00pm
  • Where?
    • Location to be announced.
  • For who?
    • All-levels, beginning and advancing students.
  • For how many?
    • Limited to 12.
    • Drop-ins welcome if space permits.
